How to Request a Return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Item

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at veltro.support@gmail.com immediately with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return shipping required.
