Free Shipping on Every Order

All US and Canada orders ship completely free. No minimum order. No hidden fees at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days to the United States and Canada. Most orders arrive within 10 days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Track your order anytime at 17track.net. If your tracking number is not showing results immediately, please allow 2–3 days for the system to update.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. We are working on expanding to the UK and other international destinations — sign up to our email list to be notified when international shipping launches.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your purchase date, contact us at veltro.support@gmail.com immediately. We will either send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. No questions asked.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, email us at veltro.support@gmail.com with a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
